Why are you involved with the Kansas City Jewish Museum of Contemporary Art?
I love this organization and the people involved. The board is made up of the most interesting and dedicated people who share a common love and enthusiasm for KCJMCA and contemporary art, in general.
What are your favorite KCJMCA events and programs? Why?
The art crawls have been a favorite of mine. Not only have I been introduced to the fabulous art in our community, many people get to know about us through the crawls….and that would include some of our most dedicated board members. I also have loved being a part of UrbanSuburban. The party is great, the art fantastic and again, a great entrée to introducing people to KCJMCA.
What are your expectations for the future of KCJMCA?
My hope is that we continue to build on our past successes and keep the momentum going. KCJMCA is such a unique venue that people need to discover for themselves. My hope is that we continue to make a place for ourselves in the greater KC community.
